Under siege and overloaded with cherries, who said life in France was peaceful?
We’d boasted too loud and too often about escaping the red tape mentality, so, when it finally caught up with us, sympathy wasn’t exactly forthcoming. |

How difficult could it be to judge wine? When the first glass was poured before we’d even had breakfast I had an inkling it was going to be tougher than I’d thought. Saying goodbye to France is made slightly easier by remembering the good times, not to mention the many faux pas! |
